What are these design packages?

In order to save you money when you ask me to design for you, I've set up some basic, and some more complex, design packages which are an average of the time spent working on a site design or logo design.

There are web site design packages, both starter websites and full dynamic site packages. eCommerce and CMS sites are available. I also offer logo and stationery design packages.

My design skills

Adobe Dreamweaver and I are having a love affair. I design static and dynamic sites using this and other Creative Suite CS4 programmes.

I can design, implement and install Joomla! sites, install Joomla! extensions, including JomSocial, RS SEO, or RS Form Pro.

CubeCart 3 comes free with many web hosting packages, so I have been asked to set up several stores in this shopping cart software, and have extensive experience in installing modifications to suit individual website owner's needs.

The biggest site using the CubeCart franework that I designed and helped to set up, had 1221 products in 1346 categories, and more than 3000 product options!

create-a-blind.co.uk is a site is where customers can choose and create online window coverings in the style, size, fabric, hardware, even which side the blind opens on!

Many, many special mods had to be installed, both free and purchased. The project took the owner and I two months to complete the site, but Debby is very pleased with the sales generated from the website.

Joomla! Content Management System

My Joomla! expertise came from porting a large gallery and article based site of a long standing client, Australia's organisation for art quilters, Ozquilt Network Inc. After trialling some other CMS frameworks, I liked Joomla! 1.5 the best and recommended that to my client.

That site took more than a year as the articles had to be restyled, the many galleries put into SlideShow Pro Director format, and also because the committee had to approve any changes the client's website editor and I wanted to make. I had lots of time to play with styles, components and modules to see what they could do. I love Joomla!

All my own sites are now deployed in Joomla!.
